1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of goloveai.onl (the “Site”), operated under the name GoLoveAI.onl. By using the Site you accept them. If you do not agree, please leave the Site.
If you use the Site on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these terms for it. If any part of these terms is unacceptable to you, the right course is to stop using the Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if higher, and viewing adult-oriented material must be legal where you are. You are responsible for respecting the rules of any network you use, such as a workplace or school network that blocks adult content.
We may restrict access from locations where adult material is prohibited. Using technical means to avoid such restrictions is a breach of these terms, and you remain responsible for complying with the law that applies to you.
3. What the Site is
The Site is a partner guide to GoLove AI’s welcome offer, prices, promo codes and refund rules. It does not sell subscriptions, process payments, host accounts or issue codes. Prices and codes are set by GoLove AI and can change at any time; the price shown at checkout in your region is the one that applies.
Following a guide or tip on the Site does not create an account, subscription or any other relationship with GoLove AI. Only completing a purchase inside GoLove AI does that, under GoLove AI’s own terms.
4. Partner relationship
Buttons that point to /go/ are partner links. If you subscribe after following one, we may receive a commission, which does not change what you pay. Your subscription, payments, refunds and account are handled by GoLove AI under its own terms, and questions about them must go to GoLove AI support.
We cannot see, change, cancel or refund GoLove AI subscriptions and have no access to your account. If you need help with billing, the fastest route is GoLove AI support from inside the app.
5. Accuracy
We check the information on the Site and date our checks, but offers, prices and app menus change. Descriptions reflect what we saw on the date stated on the page. Before paying, confirm the current terms inside GoLove AI. If you spot something out of date, tell us at support@goloveai.onl.
Dates on the page show when we last checked the information. We do not update that date automatically; it changes only when the content has actually been checked again.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to disrupt the Site, probe it for vulnerabilities, scrape it at a rate that affects availability or generate artificial clicks on partner links. Automated, incentivised or self-referred clicks are treated as fraudulent and may be blocked and reported to the partner.
Suspicious traffic may be blocked without notice. We may keep a record of blocked sources for as long as needed to prevent repeat abuse and to resolve disputes with the partner.
7. Content rules on GoLove AI
Your use of GoLove AI is governed by its own terms and content policies. In particular, sexual content involving minors, or intimate images of real people without their consent, is forbidden and may be illegal. Nothing on this Site encourages or permits such use.
If you come across content on GoLove AI that you believe is unlawful, report it to GoLove AI through the app or its support address. If the concern relates to something on this Site, write to us instead.
8. Intellectual property
The text, layout and design of the Site belong to GoLoveAI.onl. GoLove AI names, character images and trademarks belong to their owner and are shown only to describe the service. You may link to our pages but may not republish substantial parts of them without permission.
Brand names are used under the principle of fair, descriptive reference. If you believe something on the Site infringes your rights, contact us with details and we will review and, where appropriate, remove it promptly.
9. No warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Where the law does not allow some exclusions, they apply only to the extent permitted and your statutory rights are not affected.
We do not promise that the Site will always be available, free of errors or compatible with every device and browser, and we may take it offline for maintenance at any time.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, GoLoveAI.onl is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or of GoLove AI, including subscription disputes, expired credits or refused refunds. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Where the law caps a limitation rather than excluding it, our liability is limited to the lowest amount the law allows. This clause survives if you stop using the Site.
11. Third-party sites
The Site links to websites we do not control, including the independent reviews we cite. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices; visiting them is subject to their own terms.
If a linked source changes or disappears after we cite it, let us know and we will update or remove the link. A citation reflects the source as it stood on the date we checked it.
12. Age verification on GoLove AI
GoLove AI may ask you to confirm your age before showing adult content or completing a purchase. Providing false information to pass such a check is a breach of GoLove AI’s terms and of these terms, and we will not assist anyone who has done so.
Age checks protect both the service and its users. If you believe a minor has gained access to GoLove AI, report it to GoLove AI support so the account can be reviewed.
13. Changes, severability and contact
We may update these terms or the Site at any time; the version on this page applies. If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Questions: support@goloveai.onl.
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the operator of the Site, without depriving you of the protection of mandatory consumer law in the country where you live. Our failure to enforce a provision once does not waive it.
